Writing about myself is never the easiest job, but here goes.
My ADHD brain is pulling answers from all directions, but I’ll do my best to make it make sense.
B2B Academy began as Back 2 Basics, an idea first sparked by my husband and his friends. Originally, I was simply going to help them work towards their goals. Since then, the concept has grown into something much bigger, but the heart of it has stayed the same: making
knowledge accessible, making training easier to reach, and removing the stigma around learning.
My original vision was to take B2B on the road, and that dream has never disappeared. It has simply grown alongside new ideas, stronger purpose, and an even bigger fire in my
belly. I certainly haven’t built this alone. Having big ideas is one thing; bringing them to life is another. That is where Paige came in. I shared my vision, and she did not just believe in it,
she helped shape it. She is a fountain of knowledge, full of fresh ideas, and yes, while most people are asleep, we are often having midnight business meetings.
My husband, Drew, has also been a huge part of this journey. He lets me do my crazy and has supported me every
step of the way, including financially.
We stepped into this not knowing exactly how it would unfold, but we believed in it fully.
We work hard, and we are deeply committed to what we do.
Over the past few years, I have juggled being a mum, a carer, a wife, and a student, and every part of that journey has shaped what B2B is today. There have been tears, setbacks, proud moments, and hard lessons, but every single one has pushed me to keep going and
keep building.
I want to offer more than education; I want to share real-life experience too. Our approach is realistic, supportive, and within reach. We want to give people the tools to change their lives, feel proud of themselves, and know they will be supported from day one. I could never fit everything about me into a short bio; it would end up more like a novel. But if
you ever fancy a chat, our comfy chair is waiting.
I am a little bit crazy, I may cuss now and then, but I will always make time to help someone. Before writing this, I asked three people the same question:
Describe me in three words.
Honest, witty, caring
Resilient, devoted, exciting
Fearless, ambitious, caring
That is exactly what I bring to B2B Academy Ltd.

If someone had told me a few years ago that I would be where i am now, I honestly would never have believed them.
My journey hasn’t been straightforward. I started with no qualifications, very little confidence and a lot of uncertainty about where life was heading or what i wanted. Like many people, I’ve had some really difficult years, and made choices that, looking back now, probably weren’t the best for me. But those experiences shaped me, taught me resilience and ultimately led me onto the path I’m now incredibly grateful to be on with Claire by my side.
Over time, I started investing in myself, studying, gaining qualifications and slowly building a career. Every qualification I achieved gave me more confidence, more direction and more belief that I could create something better for myself and my family.
One of the biggest turning points in my journey was meeting Claire. Our friendship has become the foundation of B2B Academy. So much of what we’re building started from conversations, encouragement, late-night plans, big dreams and genuinely believing in each other when confidence was low — we wanted to build something supportive, empowering and meaningful and thats exactly what we have done.
We believe in people, sometimes before they believe in themselves. We know how important encouragement can be when someone is trying to change their life, build confidence or start again. That understanding sits at the heart of everything we do.
I know what it feels like to start from the bottom. I know what it’s like to doubt yourself. And I also know how powerful the right support, opportunities and environment can be.
That’s why fairness, equality and accessibility in education are so important to me. I truly believe everyone deserves the chance to grow, learn and build a future they are proud of, regardless of where they started.
Today, I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, alongside Level 3 Assessor and Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance qualifications, and I oversee education delivery and quality assurance within B2B Academy.
A place where education builds confidence, skills become opportunities, and big dreams start to feel possible.
